1 Introduction

Welcome to MSToto. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and MSToto ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at mstoto.asia and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

MSToto provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery products, and arcade-style gaming to registered members. These Terms apply to all such products and services offered on the platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any native mobile application made available by MSToto.

By accessing, registering on, or using MSToto in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the MSToto Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) completing the registration form and activating your account; (b) making a deposit; or (c) placing any wager on the Platform.

These Terms must be read together with any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, tournaments, or betting markets as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that product only.

MSToto reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on the Platform. Members will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on MSToto, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MSToto strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, consistent with international responsible gaming standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee of MSToto, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any business partner directly involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must not be residing in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not have previously had an MSToto account terminated for cause, including for fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration

To access MSToto's full range of services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and chosen payment method.

One Account Policy: Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited without notice.

KYC Verification: MSToto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by MSToto may result in account closure.

Account Security: Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify MSToto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. MSToto shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

6 Deposits & Payments

MSToto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks including BTC, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and ETH.

All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Member's account is designated as a cryptocurrency account, in which case the applicable digital currency will apply. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.

• All funds deposited into your MSToto account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• MSToto does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which MSToto accepts no liability.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed. Members who make erroneous deposits must contact customer support immediately. MSToto will endeavour to assist but makes no guarantee of recovery.
• MSToto reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or void any deposit that is suspected to be connected to unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.

7 Withdrawals

Members may submit withdrawal requests for their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Balances are not eligible for withdrawal unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

• Verification Requirement: All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. MSToto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Where this is not possible, MSToto will contact the Member to agree on an alternative method.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the withdrawal page of the Platform and may be subject to change.
• Pending Withdrawals: MSToto reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or an unresolved dispute.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

MSToto offers a range of bonuses, promotions, loyalty rewards, and referral programmes to its Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published on the Platform at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all MSToto promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• MSToto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.
• Members who abuse the bonus system — including through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• MSToto's VIP Loyalty Programme awards points for eligible real-money wagers. Points accrual rates, tier thresholds, and redemption terms are as published in the VIP programme documentation on the Platform.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game and betting market available on MSToto is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all MSToto products:

• Sports Betting: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the applicable governing body. For football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and Asian handicap lines — results are based on the outcome at the end of regulation time unless otherwise stated. In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or replay, specific settlement rules as published on the Platform will apply.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live events are accepted at the discretion of MSToto. MSToto reserves the right to suspend or cancel in-play betting at any time without obligation to accept further bets. Any bet accepted after a decisive event (e.g., a goal already scored) may be voided.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Palpable Errors: MSToto reserves the right to void any bet or game result that arises from a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing mistake that is clearly erroneous on its face ("palpable error"). This applies regardless of whether the error was in the Member's favour.
• Maximum Winnings: MSToto may impose maximum winnings limits per bet, per game session, or per day. These limits will be published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the MSToto Platform:

• Opening, using, or facilitating the use of more than one account;
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by MSToto;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent the intended commercial risk of gambling products;
• Using funds that are directly or indirectly derived from criminal or unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other Members in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Impersonating any other person, including MSToto staff, other Members, or support personnel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or data structures of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in MSToto's reasonable opinion, is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other users.

MSToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to retain any balance in such accounts pending investigation. MSToto further reserves the right to report suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.

11 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the MSToto Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, game interfaces, graphical assets, and written content — are owned by or licensed to MSToto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content or technology from the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSToto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activities;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures;
• Errors in odds, game results, or withdrawal processing times;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or any other financial institution.

MSToto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

MSToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if MSToto has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The Member has failed to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to MSToto;
• The Member has engaged in abusive or threatening behaviour toward MSToto staff.

Where an account is closed for cause, MSToto may withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Any balance determined to be legitimately owed to the Member following completion of the investigation will be returned via the Member's most recent verified payment method.

Voluntary Closure: Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Where a Member requests closure for responsible gambling reasons, MSToto will close the account immediately and implement cooling-off measures in accordance with its Responsible Gambling Policy.

14 Responsible Gambling

MSToto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Members to maintain control over their gambling behaviour. MSToto enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit access to underage individuals.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members via the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may define the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications to alert Members when a defined gaming session duration has been reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable.
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term pause on account activity, available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

15 Privacy & Data

MSToto collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

MSToto employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit, and maintains segregated, access-controlled data storage environments to safeguard Member information at rest. Personal data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, or law enforcement agencies where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by MSToto, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected]. MSToto will endeavour to respond within 30 days of receipt.

16 Amendments to These Terms

MSToto reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

For material changes — defined as changes that affect Member rights, financial obligations, or access to services — MSToto will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address associated with each Member's account. For minor or administrative changes, notice will be provided by updating this page without separate notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable under MSToto's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved in accordance with the following process:

1. Internal Complaint: The Member must first submit a formal complaint to MSToto's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint and any supporting evidence. MSToto will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a final response within 14 days.
2. Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with MSToto's response, they may request escalation to MSToto's senior dispute resolution team by following the instructions provided in MSToto's response to the initial complaint.
3. External Arbitration: Should the dispute remain unresolved following internal escalation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as specified in MSToto's licensing terms.

Nothing in this section shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
